PUMP Act Implementation Resources

Picture
The PUMP for Nursing Mothers Act addresses one of the most challenging barriers to breastfeeding  – going back to work – by protecting the right to pump during the work day. It will take all of us to help spread the word about these important protections and support businesses and families as they navigate these changes.

The resources compiled below provide helpful tools for educating the public about the PUMP Act as well as practical tips and tools for employers and employees.
