Pricing for the 2024 Conference

• Open Attendee Rate: $375​​
• Pay it Forward Add-On: This adds $75 to your registration ticket, at whichever rate you register. This rate is for organizations and coalitions with the capacity to pay slightly more. Thank you for your generosity!
• Representatives from USBC Member Organizations in good standing are eligible for discounted admission. Please use the discount code/s to adjust the pricing of the Open Attendee Rate. Member discount rates are as follows:
  • ​Member Rate: $275
  • Need-based Member Rate: $125 (Please note, this rate is solely for attendees from USBC member organizations and USBC member coalitions with a stated operating budget of less than $25,000/year.)

Privacy Notice: The USBC values the privacy of all collected data. Attendees are required to complete brief personal information fields and certain demographic questions to complete their registration. Due to the nature of the registration form, group registrations with multiple attendees in the same transaction will receive confirmation details for all attendees who were registered as part of that group. Group registration remains an option, but in consideration of privacy, we recommend that each individual complete their own registration.

Your virtual attendance constitutes your consent to be recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the USBC and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news, and advertising. Attendees are not permitted to record the sessions. ​

Q. When is the 2024 USBC Conference, the National Breastfeeding Conference & Convening?
A. The conference will be held online from Monday, June 3, through Wednesday, June 5, 2024 and will run from 12:00 noon - 5:00 p.m. ET each day.

Q. Who may attend the conference?
A. The conference is open to the public, with advance registration and payment.

Q. How do I register?
A. Visit our event page to complete your registration. 

Q. Where will the conference be hosted?
A. This year's conference will be held on the virtual platform Whova, available via free download for both desktop and mobile.

Q. How do I download Whova?
A. A link will be released closer to the event date to download the Whova​ app and create your login. 

Q. Does the conference provide any continuing education credits?
A. The USBC has applied for CPE continuing education credits for dietitians. The CPE activity application for the National Breastfeeding Conference and Convening is pending CDR review and approval for 9 CPEUs and 1.5 Exhibit hours. Credits will not be approved before the event. Those who attended the event and submitted their evaluations before the deadline, Friday, June 14th, will be eligible to purchase Continuing Education credits. Please note that completing the conference evaluation is mandatory to access continuing education and to receive a certificate of attendance. We recommend downloading the detailed agenda to support additional CE queries. ​

Q. What happens if I need to cancel my registration?
A. Cancellation of paid registration before May 23, 2024, will be accommodated with a $50 cancellation fee per attendee. Cancellations after May 23 are non-refundable.
