The National Policy Director (NAPD) at the USBC will focus inclusively on developing and implementing policy strategies that advance the mission of the organization. This position provides leadership and oversight for all of USBC’s policy-related efforts, including legislative and regulatory tracking, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement. The NAPD will build and nurture relationships with policymakers, federal agencies, and other key stakeholders to ensure breastfeeding is a national priority and to address disparities and inequities in breastfeeding support. The NAPD will report to the Executive Director.
