The Executive Director is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the USBC portfolio of work, including the organization's strategic direction, program development, daily operations, and achievement of financial objectives. This position serves as a public face of the organization, advocating and collaborating closely with the board, staff, partners, and supporters to advance the USBC mission and impact. The Executive Director will lead the dedicated, all-virtual staff team, prioritizing a positive work culture where all employees have opportunities to develop and apply new skills, independently shape and implement equity-focused initiatives, and build partnerships with broad and diverse community stakeholder groups.

The Senior Development Coordinator (SDC) will support the development and implementation of the overarching annual development plan and strategies. The SDC is a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who is responsible for ensuring that individuals from member organizations, coalitions of all types, and beyond, are connected with the USBC in myriad opportunity spaces. This staff role will work to maximize engagement among stakeholders in order to extend the USBC impact and sustainability.

The Communications Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing external communications with USBC organizational stakeholders, donors, and supporters, ensuring messages are consistent, compelling, engaging, and effectively describe and promote the organization. Working with the Communications Team and the Sustainability Team, the Communications Manager will be responsible for managing the USBC website, monitoring and amplifying news and updates from the field, planning and implementing USBC campaigns, and responding to media opportunities.

The Membership Engagement Team supports the USBC’s critical collaboration efforts by maintaining constant connection with our member stakeholders to build strong relationships, engagement, retention, and satisfaction among our organizational membership base and their representatives. The Membership Engagement Manager is a self-starter with experience in membership management, comfort with database systems and software, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
