Access information about the June 3-5, 2026 virtual National Breastfeeding Conference & Convening (NBCC) registration fees, continuing education, and answers to frequently asked questions below. 

Please email [email protected] with any questions pertaining to membership discount promo codes for representatives from USBC member organizations, or for additional assistance. Promotional codes for members have been communicated via the monthly Member Newsletter and email and are also posted in the Members Connection Community in the First Food Connection Hub (login required).

Conference Registration Categories & Fees


Pricing for the 2026 Conference

  • Open Attendee Rates:
    • Early Bird (through January 31): $​​699
    • Regular (February 1- March 31): $749
    • Late (March 31- onward): $799
  • Representatives from USBC Member Organizations in good standing are eligible for discounted admission. Please use the provided promo code to adjust the pricing of the Open Attendee Rate. Member discount rates are as follows:
    • Early Bird (through January 31): $​​649
    • Regular (February 1- March 31): $699
    • Late (March 31- onward): $699
  • Student Rate: $399. Students will be asked to provide the name of their school when registering.
  • We are committed to making NBCC as accessible as possible. If the cost of attending is a barrier, please contact us at [email protected]. We have limited resources that may be available to help support travel and lodging.
Please carefully read registration instructions prior to completing your registration as refunds will not be facilitated for registrations completed without applicable promo codes.

Q. When is the 2026 USBC Conference, the National Breastfeeding Conference & Convening?
A.
The conference will be hosted at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Bethesda, Maryland from Wednesday, June 3, through Friday, June 5, 2026.

Q. Who may attend the conference?
A. 
The conference is open to the public, with advance registration and payment. Representatives from USBC Member Organizations are eligible to register at discounted rates by using promotional codes that have been emailed to Member Representatives and posted in the Member Portal (login required). 

Q. Is the Conference agenda/program available?
A.
The official agenda is available and can be downloaded now. Please note that this agenda is subject to change. ​

Q. How do I register?
A. Visit our event page to complete your registration. 

Q. Where will the conference be hosted?
A. 
The conference will be hosted at the Hyatt Regency in Bethesda, Maryland. Reserve your room within our group block at the discounted rate of $235/night plus tax. In the event that the Hyatt is sold out, there are additional properties in close proximity to the location of the conference including the Hilton Garden Inn and the Residence Inn by Marriott.  

Q. Does the conference provide any continuing education credits?
A.
The USBC has applied for continuing education credits for the 2026 National Breastfeeding Conference & Convening, an effort that is jointly sponsored by the Perinatal Advisory Council: Leadership, Advocacy, and Consultation (PAC/LAC). Please indicate your interest in purchasing CEs at a later date during registration. As more information becomes available, you will be contacted with more details.  ​

Q. Will there be opportunities to exhibit, advertise, or sponsor?
A.

Q. What happens if I need to cancel my registration?
A.
 Cancellation of paid registration before May 22, 2026, will be accommodated with a $100 cancellation fee per attendee. Cancellations after May 22 are non-refundable.
