USBC Webinar Series

USBC hosts four free bimonthly webinar series. Access to each series is open to all in the USBC network of member and partner organizations and breastfeeding coalitions. Topic/speaker details are posted 1-2 weeks before each session on their webpages and in relevant learning communities. The recordings and presentation materials from all past sessions are archived on their webpages.

CDC-USBC Bi-Monthly Webinars (2-2-2)

The CDC Division of Nutrition and Physical Activity and the United States Breastfeeding Committee co-host this series of Bi-Monthly State Breastfeeding Coalitions Webinars, held every two months (in even numbered months) on the second Tuesday of the month from 2-3 p.m. ET. They bring together state/territorial/tribal breastfeeding coalitions to share best practices and news and to network and collaborate on issues of national significance.

Collective Impact Webinars

The United States Breastfeeding Committee is hosting this series of bi-monthly webinars as part of its efforts to "engage stakeholders in a Collective Impact model" (USBC Strategic Framework Goal 3). With funding support from the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, this series will focus on building the capacity of the breastfeeding field to apply collective impact principles and tools to collaborative efforts for policy and practice change. Webinars are held every two months (in even numbered months) on the fourth Tuesday of the month from 2:00-3:00 p.m. ET.

Power Tools Webinars

The United States Breastfeeding Committee hosts this series of bi-monthly webinars as part of its training, technical assistance, and capacity building support for USBC's network of breastfeeding coalition, national organizations, and community-based organizations across the United States. Webinars are held every two months (in odd-numbered months) on the third Wednesday of the month from 2:00-3:30 p.m. ET.

Racial Equity Webinars

The United States Breastfeeding Committee hosts this series of bi-monthly webinars as part of its efforts to "create and model a culture of inclusion, diversity & equity" (USBC Strategic Framework Goal 4). With funding support from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, this series will focus on building the capacity of the breastfeeding field to apply both an "equity lens" to inform and guide our external strategies and activities, but also an "equity mirror" to examine our internal structures, culture, and policies. Webinars are held every two months (in odd-numbered months) on the fourth Tuesday of the month from 2:00-3:30 p.m. ET.
