The United States Breastfeeding Committee is pleased to invite you to join the Friends of USBC. This program is designed to foster relationships between USBC and other organizations and individuals committed to breastfeeding protection, promotion, and support. As a Friend of USBC, you will be identified as a member of a core group of supporters who take an interest in the mission of USBC. USBC is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, and your contribution is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

To join the Friends of USBC, please use any of the methods listed below. Please note the two categories of participation (Individual and Organization/Corporation) and select the appropriate one.

• To pay by credit card (preferred): complete the secure online donation form for Individuals or for Organizations/Corporations
• To pay by check: complete and return the Friend Donation Form with your check payment

Benefits of participation include:

• Listing on the USBC Web site under you or your organization’s level of support
• Listing at USBC conferences/events under you or your organization’s level of support
• Friends-only discounts on promotional opportunities at USBC conferences/events (organizations/corporations only)

• USBC does not accept donations or other resources from entities in violation of The International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes and/or subsequent World Health Assembly resolutions. USBC will use reports of IBFAN-ICDC to guide these decisions.
• USBC strives to be a socially responsible organization. To this end, USBC may choose not to accept contributions from certain organizations, and retains the right to refuse any donation.
• Donations do not entitle the donor to participate in determining USBC policy, procedures, or positions on issues addressed by USBC on the basis of that support.
• Acceptance of support does not constitute endorsement of the products, services, or mission of the donor by USBC or its member organizations.
• Donor organizations may not use the USBC name or logo without express written permission of USBC.
